About Me:
-I have been in the field of construction/maintenance and or restoration for the last 14 years and was
fortunate to have worked for great people who was willing to teach me all they knew. I have performed
work and or inspections for thousands of homes across the upstate of South Carolina. I always do my
very best and take my time during my inspection/services regardless of what I have scheduled later in
the day or evening. I started doing home inspections with Mac Barlow(The BrickKicker) out of
Greenville and was trained before I started doing inspections several years ago.
One thing that may separate me from other competetitors is I have a very strong background in
residential and commercial electrical wiring, this is one of my main concerns during an inspection since
electrical problems can cause total loss to a structure or the life of a loved one. My main job is to
protect your investment, obviously the foundation, heating/cooling, roofing, plumbing etc: all play a part
of the structure which is why I always do a thorough inspection and have detailed knowledge/experience
in all of these areas.
-I walk all roofs that can be reasonably walked without special equipment.
-There are other great inspectors in the area, honestly, but the physical inspection is just half of the work.
I offer a complete inspection report with Professional reporting software and pictures. Very rarely do I
have to report on problems that have to be investigated since I feel this is my job and do everything I can
while I'm there to investigate. I care about people and try to treat everyone as I would like to be treated. I
want you to come to the inspection, we can go over everything together.
-I am very confident that I will report on your home/business accurately and will protect your investment.
-I have hundreds of very satisfied clients.
-I will provide service to you long after the home inspection, all you have to do is call.
Here are some educational certificates you can look at, this list will be added to periodically:
